  1.  O crime de maus tratos ao c\u00f4njuge, p. e p. pelo artº. 152º, nº.s 1, al. a), e 2, do C\u00f3digo Penal, s\u00f3 passou a ter natureza p\u00fablica com a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da Lei 7\/2000, de 27\/5.<\/li>\n
  2. Por isso, na aus\u00eancia de queixa, \u00e9 essencial apurar, pelo menos, se os factos integradores daquele crime ocorreram depois de 2-6-2000, pois s\u00f3 estes poder\u00e3o ser atendidos.
