Preven\u00e7\u00e3o especial de socializa\u00e7\u00e3o e preven\u00e7\u00e3o geral de integra\u00e7\u00e3o. E, n\u00e3o depende, t\u00e3o s\u00f3, do comportamento do arguido.<\/li>\n
  2. Os relat\u00f3rios e pareceres da DGRS, dos Servi\u00e7os de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, do Director do Estabelecimento, do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e do Conselho T\u00e9cnico n\u00e3o s\u00e3o vinculativos, constituindo apenas informa\u00e7\u00e3o auxiliar do juiz.
