  1. A gravidade da ofensa ou do perigo de ofensa n\u00e3o \u00e9 elemento constitutivo dos crimes de difama\u00e7\u00e3o e de inj\u00farias.<\/li>\n
  2. Os termos, palavras ou express\u00f5es tornam-se injuriosas, ou ofensivas do bom nome e considera\u00e7\u00e3o alheias, n\u00e3o pelo significado constante de qualquer dicion\u00e1rio, mas pela conota\u00e7\u00e3o que lhes \u00e9 dada pelo povo.<\/li>\n
  3. Chamar “cromos” soldados da GNR no exerc\u00edcio das suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, embora n\u00e3o possa ser considerada uma inj\u00faria muito gravosa, n\u00e3o deixa de ser inj\u00faria.\n
