Sum\u00e1rio:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. \u00c0 pena imposta pelo crime de condu\u00e7\u00e3o sem habilita\u00e7\u00e3o legal n\u00e3o pode acrescer a san\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00f3ria de proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de conduzir ve\u00edculo motorizado prevista no artigo 69º do C. Penal.<\/li>\n
  2. A inibi\u00e7\u00e3o do direito de conduzir, na sequ\u00eancia de condena\u00e7\u00e3o por crime de condu\u00e7\u00e3o em estado de embriagu\u00eas, deve ser imposta mesmo que o arguido n\u00e3o tenha carta ou licen\u00e7a de condu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  3. \u00c9 de graduar em 12 meses aquela san\u00e7\u00e3o imposta a arguido que, com dolo directo, conduzia sob o efeito do \u00e1lcool com uma TAS de 2,34 g\/l.\n
