  1. Motivo f\u00fatil \u00e9 o m\u00f3bil do crime da actua\u00e7\u00e3o despropositada do agente, sem sentido perante o senso comum, por ser totalmente irrelevante na adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do facto, radicando num ego\u00edsmo mesquinho e insignificante do agente.<\/li>\n
  2. E actua com frieza de \u00e2nimo quem forma a sua vontade de matar outrem de modo frio, lento, reflexivo, cauteloso, deliberado, calmo na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, persistente na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o; trata-se, assim, de uma circunst\u00e2ncia agravante relacionada com o processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o da vontade de praticar o crime, devendo reconduzir-se \u00e0s situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que se verifica calma, reflex\u00e3o e sangue frio na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o do il\u00edcito, insensibilidade, indiferen\u00e7a e persist\u00eancia na sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
