A introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma moeda numa m\u00e1quina que inicia de imediato uma jogada, sem ser necess\u00e1rio pressionar qualquer bot\u00e3o iluminando-se um dos 64 “leds”, sendo percorridos todos os restantes, com um movimento girat\u00f3rio gradual at\u00e9 parar ao fim de 3 ou 4 voltas, fixando-se aleatoriamente num dos orif\u00edcios mencionados n\u00e3o merece a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de jogo de fortuna ou azar n\u00e3o integrando a pr\u00e1tica do crime de explora\u00e7\u00e3o il\u00edcita de jogo apenas sendo suscept\u00edvel de integrar a contra-ordena\u00e7\u00e3o prevista nos artigos 161º e 163º da Lei do Jogo.
