  1. O novo exame\/ contraprova de ar expirado, deve ser feito noutro aparelho analisador quantitativo, o que est\u00e1 de acordo com a necessidade de o examinando ser conduzido ao local onde possa ser feito o novo exame de contraprova, previsto no art.\u00ba 153\u00ba 4 do CE.<\/li>\n
  2. Sendo feito no mesmo aparelho \u00e9 violada esta norma procedimental , e consequentemente n\u00e3o estamos perante uma contraprova, por falta de requisitos ou perante uma contraprova ilegal <\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
