  1. Na opera\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00famulo superveniente devem ser consideradas as penas parcelares concretamente aplicadas aos v\u00e1rios crimes em concurso, quer as que j\u00e1 tenham sido englobadas em c\u00famulo efectuado anteriormente, quer as que ainda n\u00e3o tenham sido cumuladas.<\/li>\n
  2. As penas de pris\u00e3o cuja execu\u00e7\u00e3o foi suspensa devem ser inclu\u00eddas em c\u00famulo jur\u00eddico, no caso de conhecimento superveniente do concurso.
