    O proponente de uma ac\u00e7\u00e3o no Tribunal arbitral n\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispensado de alegar os factos fundamentam a sua pretens\u00e3o na Peti\u00e7\u00e3o Inicial.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Em princ\u00edpio na falta de conv\u00e9nio sobre a lei substantiva e processual aplic\u00e1vel ao pleito compreende-se que o Juiz paute a sua actua\u00e7\u00e3o pelos princ\u00edpios gerais da Lei comum vigente.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    N\u00e3o h\u00e1 lugar \u00e0 anula\u00e7\u00e3o do julgamento em ordem \u00e0 sua repeti\u00e7\u00e3o quando n\u00e3o \u00e9 dado conhecer, pelos elementos de que se disp\u00f5e, que tenham sido praticados indevidamente pelo Tribunal arbitral actos ou omiss\u00f5es em preju\u00edzo do reclamante.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
