  1. De acordo com o n.º 2 do art. 3º do C\u00f3digo de Registo Predial, as ac\u00e7\u00f5es sujeitas a registo n\u00e3o ter\u00e3o seguimento ap\u00f3s os articulados sem se comprovar a sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, salvo se o registo depender da respectiva proced\u00eancia.<\/li>\n
  2. Todavia, se tal suspens\u00e3o da inst\u00e2ncia n\u00e3o ocorrer a fim de a parte requerer o registo, nenhuma nulidade processual \u00e9 praticada, porque tal falta nenhuma influ\u00eancia tem no exame e decis\u00e3o da causa.
