LEI N\u00ba 149\/95, DE 24\/06<\/address>\n<address> <strong>Sum\u00e1rio<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/address>\n<div align=\"justify\">\n<ol>\n<li>O contrato de loca\u00e7\u00e3o financeira pode ser resolvido \tpor qualquer das partes, nos termos gerais, com fundamento no \tincumprimento das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es da outra parte &#8211; art\u00ba 17\u00ba do D.L. n\u00ba 149\/95, \tde 24\/06, com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es nele introduzidas pelos D.
