  1.  A ac\u00e7\u00e3o especial de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas – artigo 1014º do CPC – tem por objecto o apuramento e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das receitas obtidas e das despesas realizadas por quem administra bens alheios e a eventual condena\u00e7\u00e3o do saldo que venha a apurar-se.<\/li>\n
  2. Numa ac\u00e7\u00e3o especial de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas em que a advogada\/depoente interveio numa fase pr\u00e9-litigiosa e ainda na fase litigiosa, imp\u00f5e-se ao Tribunal que lance m\u00e3o da figura do impedimento para esta poder depor, ancorando tal decis\u00e3o no preceituado no artigo 87º do EOA, atenta a sua inabilidade nos termos do artigo 635º, nº 2 do CPC.\n
