  1. Decorridos os tr\u00eas primeiros dias \u00fateis subsequentes ao termo do prazo para a pr\u00e1tica do acto, sem ter sido paga a multa devida, a secretaria, independentemente de requerimento ou despacho, deve notificar a parte para pagar a multa-san\u00e7\u00e3o, a que se reporta o nº 6 do art.145º do CPC, ou, ent\u00e3o, deve o Tribunal determin\u00e1-lo, na hip\u00f3tese de tal falta ter passado despercebida \u00e0 secretaria.<\/li>\n
  2. A notifica\u00e7\u00e3o oficiosa deve ser efectuada, desde que a multa n\u00e3o tenha sido paga, espontaneamente, quer o interessado tenha chegado a pedir guias, quer o n\u00e3o tenha feito, por a lei n\u00e3o distinguir e a raz\u00e3o de ser da norma n\u00e3o justificar a diferen\u00e7a.\n
