  1. As nulidades da senten\u00e7a, taxativamente previstas no art. 668º, nº 1 do CPC, t\u00eam subjacente um erro de actividade ou de constru\u00e7\u00e3o, distinguindo-se, por isso, do erro de julgamento (de facto ou de direito), bem assim das restantes nulidades processuais.<\/li>\n
  2. A viola\u00e7\u00e3o do art. 659º, nº 3 do CPC n\u00e3o configura nulidade da senten\u00e7a, mas antes erro de julgamento que a verificar-se conduzir\u00e1 \u00e0 altera\u00e7\u00e3o ou amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da mat\u00e9ria de facto.<\/li>\n
  3. A remunera\u00e7\u00e3o no contrato de media\u00e7\u00e3o imobili\u00e1ria pressup\u00f5e a comprova\u00e7\u00e3o do nexo causal entre a actividade do mediador e a conclus\u00e3o do neg\u00f3cio.\n
