  2. Carece, portanto, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de legitimidade para, em representa\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoa que j\u00e1 completou dezoito anos de idade, instaurar incidente de incumprimento da regula\u00e7\u00e3o das responsabilidades parentais, mesmo que tenha em vista t\u00e3o somente a declara\u00e7\u00e3o do incumprimento – falta de pagamento da presta\u00e7\u00e3o aliment\u00edcia – relativamente a per\u00edodo de tempo em que tal pessoa era ainda menor.\n
