  2. N\u00e3o \u00e9 recto o comportamento do insolvente que, nos tr\u00eas anos anteriores ao in\u00edcio do processo de insolv\u00eancia, doa a nua propriedade do \u00fanico im\u00f3vel que possui a filho menor.<\/li>\n
