  1. A injun\u00e7\u00e3o de valor inferior \u00e0 al\u00e7ada do Tribunal da Rela\u00e7\u00e3o, ap\u00f3s a oposi\u00e7\u00e3o deduzida, segue o procedimento previsto para as ac\u00e7\u00f5es especiais para cumprimento de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es pecuni\u00e1rias, comportando apenas dois articulados: a peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial e a contesta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  2. Deduzida na contesta\u00e7\u00e3o a excep\u00e7\u00e3o de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o, em obedi\u00eancia ao princ\u00edpio do contradit\u00f3rio plasmado no artigo 3.º, n.º 4, do CPC, pode a Autora responder-lhe oralmente no in\u00edcio da audi\u00eancia de discuss\u00e3o e julgamento, mas tal possibilidade constitui uma faculdade da parte.<\/li>\n
  3. O \u00f3nus de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o especificada consagrado no artigo 490.º, n.º 2, do CPC n\u00e3o tem aplica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dedu\u00e7\u00e3o de excep\u00e7\u00e3o em contesta\u00e7\u00e3o produzida em processo em cuja tramita\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o est\u00e1 legalmente previsto articulado pr\u00f3prio de resposta \u00e0 contesta\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o estando consequentemente os factos alegados no \u00faltimo articulado admiss\u00edvel, abrangidos pela previs\u00e3o do artigo 505.º do CPC que sup\u00f5e articulado posterior.\n
