Apesar de o n.º 1, do artigo 234º-A, do CPC, n\u00e3o indicar os casos que fundamentam o indeferimento liminar quando o pedido seja manifestamente improcedente, decorre de tal normativo, aplic\u00e1vel \u00e0 ac\u00e7\u00e3o de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o ulterior de cr\u00e9ditos ou de outros direitos (art.ºs 146º, do CIRE e 234º, n.º 4, al\u00ednea c), do CPC), que o juiz s\u00f3 deve indeferir a peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, estando em causa o m\u00e9rito da causa, sempre que o indeferimento liminar corresponde a um julgamento antecipado justificado pela evidente inutilidade de qualquer instru\u00e7\u00e3o e discuss\u00e3o posterior, isto \u00e9, quando seja inequ\u00edvoco que a pretens\u00e3o nunca poder\u00e1 proceder qualquer que seja a interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica que se fa\u00e7a dos preceitos legais.
