Consistindo ela na n\u00e3o entrega de livros de actas, alegadamente em poder indevido do R\u00e9u, \u00e0 m\u00edngua de outros elementos deve a compet\u00eancia territorial fixar-se no tribunal correspondente \u00e0 morada do R\u00e9u, por ser de supor que \u00e9 nela que este os ret\u00e9m, incumprindo a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de os restituir.\n
