  1. A regra geral de compet\u00eancia territorial em mat\u00e9ria \tde execu\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 o tribunal do domic\u00edlio do executado, quando a execu\u00e7\u00e3o se \tbaseie em t\u00edtulo diverso da senten\u00e7a.<\/li>\n
