Assumindo o executado o pagamento de d\u00edvida da sociedade de que era s\u00f3cio-gerente mediante entrega de cheques seus \u00e0 exequente credora dessa sociedade, que os deu \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o, operou-se uma assun\u00e7\u00e3o de d\u00edvida, essa sendo a causa que esteve na origem dos valores titulados pelos cheques.\n
