    \tPara o preenchimento da cl\u00e1usula geral do justificado receio de perda de garantia patrimonial relevam a forma da actividade do devedor, a sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f3mica e financeira, a maior ou menor solvabilidade, a natureza do patrim\u00f3nio, a dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o ou extravio de bens, a ocorr\u00eancia de procedimentos an\u00f3malos que revelem o prop\u00f3sito de n\u00e3o cumprir, o montante do cr\u00e9dito, a pr\u00f3pria rela\u00e7\u00e3o negocial estabelecida entre as partes. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
