  2. A manifesta nulidade, inefic\u00e1cia original ou superveniente ou inexequibilidade da conven\u00e7\u00e3o de arbitragem \u00e9 aquela que se apresente ao julgador de forma evidente e que carece de qualquer produ\u00e7\u00e3o de prova para ser apreciada.\n
