Consoante o t\u00edtulo constitutivo da servid\u00e3o, distingue-se entre servid\u00f5es legais (<em>hoc sensu<\/em>) e servid\u00f5es volunt\u00e1rias, caracterizando-se estas como sendo constitu\u00eddas por neg\u00f3cio jur\u00eddico ou acto volunt\u00e1rio e aquelas por serem constitu\u00eddas coercivamente (artigo 1547&ordm; do C\u00f3digo Civil)<\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.
