Lesionando-se o autor ( enquanto jogador de uma equipa) num torneio de futebol, que foi promovido por uma entidade, n\u00e3o pode reclamar a indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o pelos danos sofridos de uma outra entidade que assumindo junto da promotora do torneio a obriga\u00e7\u00e3o de celebrar atempadamente um seguro desportivo, n\u00e3o o chegou a fazer.<\/li>\n
  2. N\u00e3o se verifica o nexo de causalidade adequada entre o facto il\u00edcito ( omiss\u00e3o do dever de segurar ) e os danos sofridos pelo autor.\n
