    Tal facto n\u00e3o pode ser impugnado em ju\u00edzo sem que simultaneamente seja pedido o cancelamento desse registo, nos termos do artº 8º, nº 1, do C.R.P. <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    N\u00e3o havendo pedido expresso de cancelamento de um dado registo de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do direito de propriedade sobre um im\u00f3vel, tem de se presumir existente esse direito e em nome de quem consta.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
