    A escritura de justifica\u00e7\u00e3o notarial pode servir par suprir a falta do t\u00edtulo necess\u00e1rio para a primeira inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no registo predial.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    \u00c9, por\u00e9m, exig\u00edvel a licen\u00e7a de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o (ou de constru\u00e7\u00e3o) para todos os casos de justifica\u00e7\u00e3o notarial previstos no art. 116º do CRP.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Devendo o conservador recusar o registo definitivo da primeira inscri\u00e7\u00e3o se n\u00e3o constar da escritura de justifica\u00e7\u00e3o notarial a exist\u00eancia da licen\u00e7a de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o (ou de constru\u00e7\u00e3o se for caso disso) para o pr\u00e9dio dela objecto.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
