    Os privil\u00e9gios imobili\u00e1rios gerais est\u00e3o explicitamente exclu\u00eddos do \u00e2mbito de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 751º do C\u00f3digo Civil, n\u00e3o beneficiando, consequentemente, de prioridade, nomeadamente sobre a hipoteca.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Com o novo C\u00f3digo do Trabalho, os cr\u00e9ditos dos trabalhadores passaram a gozar, ao inv\u00e9s do que antes sucedia, de privil\u00e9gio imobili\u00e1rio especial, tendo ficado, dessa forma, claramente abrangidos pela letra do artigo 751º do C\u00f3digo Civil.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Sendo os privil\u00e9gios credit\u00f3rios imobili\u00e1rios especiais garantia mais forte do que a hipoteca, os cr\u00e9ditos dos trabalhadores devem ser graduados \u00e0 frente do cr\u00e9dito garantido por hipoteca anteriormente constitu\u00edda.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
