    S\u00f3 se verifica a nulidade da al\u00ednea b) do n.º 1 do artigo 668.º do CPC, se a senten\u00e7a n\u00e3o incluir os factos ou o direito;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  2. \n
    A al\u00ednea c), por seu lado, postula um v\u00edcio real de racioc\u00ednio: a fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o aponta num sentido, mas a decis\u00e3o segue caminho oposto ou diferente;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  3. \n
    A al\u00ednea d) abrange os casos de omiss\u00e3o de pron\u00fancia e de pron\u00fancia indevida;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  4. \n
    A al\u00ednea e), finalmente, tem em vista a ultrapassagem do pedido, seja em quantidade, seja em qualidade;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    N\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel alterar a mat\u00e9ria de facto fixada em 1.ª inst\u00e2ncia, se a respectiva fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o respeitar as regras da experi\u00eancia e as leis que regulam a actividade mental;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  6. \n
    A presun\u00e7\u00e3o derivada do registo predial s\u00f3 abrange o pr\u00e9dio em si, que n\u00e3o a sua descri\u00e7\u00e3o, e n\u00e3o garante os elementos de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  7. \n
    A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o pac\u00edfica, p\u00fablica e de boa f\u00e9, por v\u00e1rias pessoas, de uma faixa de terreno, como acesso \u00e0s respectivas resid\u00eancias, exercida na convic\u00e7\u00e3o de se tratar de um espa\u00e7o comum e de se n\u00e3o lesarem direitos de terceiro, mantida por mais de 15 anos, conduz \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da compropriedade por usucapi\u00e3o.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
