  1. A Seguran\u00e7a Social Alem\u00e3 tem o direito a reaver as pens\u00f5es de viuvez e de sobreviv\u00eancia que pagou aos herdeiros de um benefici\u00e1rio portugu\u00eas, trabalhador na Alemanha, falecido em consequ\u00eancia de acidente de via\u00e7\u00e3o ocorrido em territ\u00f3rio portugu\u00eas, atrav\u00e9s de um direito de sub-roga\u00e7\u00e3o, que, na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o nacional portuguesa, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 conferida \u00e0 Seguran\u00e7a Social.<\/li>\n
  2. Direito de sub-roga\u00e7\u00e3o que o Estado Portugu\u00eas lhe tem de reconhecer, nos termos do artigo 93.º, n.º 1 do Regulamento (CEE) 1408\/71, de 14 de Junho de 1971 e que incide sobre a seguradora do respons\u00e1vel pela produ\u00e7\u00e3o do evento danoso que originou o direito indemnizat\u00f3rio.\n
