N\u00e3o configura necessariamente uma ren\u00fancia t\u00e1cita \u00e0 prescri\u00e7\u00e3o cambi\u00e1ria a circunst\u00e2ncia de o oponente \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o ter optado por invocar outras excep\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 determinante verificar se o oponente deduziu uma defesa que, tomada global ou pontualmente, revele a inten\u00e7\u00e3o ou vontade de renunciar \u00e0 prescri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
