  1. Nas situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que Fundo de Garantia Salarial n\u00e3o paga a totalidade dos cr\u00e9ditos dos trabalhadores a parte remanescente continua na esfera jur\u00eddica destes, beneficiando ambos dos mesmos privil\u00e9gios credit\u00f3rios.<\/li>\n
  2. Na fase dos pagamentos, devem ambos ser colocados no mesmo patamar, isto \u00e9, no mapa de rateio final do processo de insolv\u00eancia contemplado no Art. 182º do CIRE devem ambos nele ser inclu\u00eddos e contemplados, parit\u00e1ria e proporcionalmente, caso tal se revele necess\u00e1rio.\n
