  1. A oculta\u00e7\u00e3o do testamento, como causa poss\u00edvel da declara\u00e7\u00e3o de indignidade sucess\u00f3ria, prevista no art. 2034º d) do CC, radica na omiss\u00e3o do dever de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do testamento ao not\u00e1rio, em cuja \u00e1rea o documento se encontre, dentro de tr\u00eas dias contados desde o conhecimento do falecimento do testador, por parte da pessoa que o tem em seu poder, conforme prescreve o art. 2209º nº2 CC.<\/li>\n
  2. N\u00e3o juntar um testamento ao processo de invent\u00e1rio n\u00e3o consubstancia, por si s\u00f3, oculta\u00e7\u00e3o dolosa desse mesmo testamento, sobretudo quando esse testamento foi expressamente revogado por um testamento posterior, cuja exist\u00eancia n\u00e3o \u00e9 posta em causa.<\/li>\n
  3. Negar que um testamento tenha sido outorgado na resid\u00eancia de uma benefici\u00e1ria desse testamento n\u00e3o comporta, por si s\u00f3, oculta\u00e7\u00e3o dolosa desse mesmo testamento.\n
