  2. A invalidade substancial do neg\u00f3cio jur\u00eddico em que se funda a posse n\u00e3o s\u00f3 n\u00e3o faz presumir aus\u00eancia de animus possidendi como at\u00e9 n\u00e3o impede que a posse em quest\u00e3o seja titulada (artº 1259º do C. Civ.).\n
