    Neste dom\u00ednio, como em geral no direito de fam\u00edlia, as decis\u00f5es devem ter em conta a conflitualidade existente no seio da fam\u00edlia e contribuir para o seu apaziguamento em vez de a estimularem.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
