Pagando uma Seguradora indemniza\u00e7\u00f5es a uma pluralidade de lesados, o prazo de prescri\u00e7\u00e3o do direito de regresso inicia-se, n\u00e3o a partir do \u00faltimo acto de pagamento, mas desde cada um dos actos de pagamento, por se tratar de indemniza\u00e7\u00f5es aut\u00f3nomas.\n
