  1. No contrato de transporte internacional \u00e9 o agente transit\u00e1rio que responde perante o expedidor pelo incumprimento do transporte que aquele contrata com o terceiro transportador.<\/li>\n
  2. O direito de regresso da seguradora que indemniza o expedidor, seu segurado, pelos danos emergentes do transporte, deve ser exercido contra o transit\u00e1rio.\n
