    Nos termos do nº 4 do artº 442º do C. Civ., na aus\u00eancia de estipula\u00e7\u00e3o em contr\u00e1rio, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 lugar pelo n\u00e3o cumprimento do contrato, a qualquer outra indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o, nos casos de perda do sinal ou de pagamento do dobro deste.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Todavia, deve entender-se que, para al\u00e9m do sinal em dobro, \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m exig\u00edvel o pagamento de juros morat\u00f3rios no caso de ter sido retardada a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da presta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria, tendo existido interpela\u00e7\u00e3o para o seu pagamento.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
