    O acordo verbal entre as partes de um contrato de arrendamento quanto ao local do pagamento da renda \u00e9 v\u00e1lido, como decorre do nº 1 do artº 1039º do C. Civ.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Assim, um dado contrato de arrendamento escrito passa a integrar a cl\u00e1usula sobre o local de pagamento de renda que posteriormente tenha sido acordada verbalmente entre senhorio e arrendat\u00e1rio.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Havendo cess\u00e3o da posi\u00e7\u00e3o contratual v\u00e1lida por parte do inquilino, o cession\u00e1rio est\u00e1 obrigado a respeitar o contrato de arrendamento existente e bem assim o acordo verbal anterior relativo ao local de pagamento da renda.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
