E 7&ordm; DO RAU. <br \/> <strong>Sum\u00e1rio: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">O contrato de arrendamento para habita\u00e7\u00e3o, para ser v\u00e1lido, necessita de ser celebrado atrav\u00e9s de documento escrito &ndash; art&ordm; 7&ordm;, n&ordm; 1, do RAU -, pelo que se trata de uma formalidade ad substantiam, n\u00e3o podendo, por isso, a respectiva declara\u00e7\u00e3o ser substitu\u00edda por qualquer meio de prova ou por outro documento que n\u00e3o seja de for\u00e7a probat\u00f3ria superior &ndash; art&ordm; 364&ordm;, n&ordm; 1, do C. Civ.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Em sede de esclarecimento do teor e alcance do documento do contrato de arrendamento j\u00e1 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel prova testemunhal, como decorre do disposto no art&ordm; 393&ordm;, n&ordm; 3, do C.
