O disposto no n.º 2 do artigo 915.º do C\u00f3digo de Processo Civil, prev\u00ea o exerc\u00edcio do direito de remiss\u00e3o na hip\u00f3tese de concurso de uma pluralidade de descendentes ou de ascendentes, em igualdade de grau, mas n\u00e3o j\u00e1 de concurso de c\u00f4njuges, resultante de segundas n\u00fapcias ap\u00f3s div\u00f3rcio dos executados na pend\u00eancia do processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  2. Nesta caso, apresentando-se o novo c\u00f4njuge do executado a concorrer com um descendente, s\u00f3 este tem o direito.\n
