  1. O n\u00e3o uso do locado, justificativo da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato de arrendamento – artº 1083º nº2 al. d) do CC – \u00e9 um conceito a preencher n\u00e3o (apenas) por crit\u00e9rios meramente natural\u00edsticos mas antes, e determinantemente, por crit\u00e9rios teleol\u00f3gico\/normativos, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das circunst\u00e2ncias do caso.<\/li>\n
  2. Preenche a ratio e teleologia legal o uso do locado, ao longo de trinta anos, apenas para armaz\u00e9m, se, n\u00e3o obstante o arrendamento ter sido para «oficina e armaz\u00e9m de pe\u00e7as», se conclui que o locado foi entregue, primacial e determinantemente, para oficina, revelando-se o armazenamento acess\u00f3rio e dependente daquele uso, o qual, naquele largo lapso de tempo, deixou de verificar-se.\n
