    Sendo impugnada a letra de documento particular, cabe ao apresentante fazer a prova da sua veracidade;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    O prazo m\u00e1ximo por que o arrendamento pode ser celebrado \u00e9 coisa diferente do prazo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    Se o arrendamento n\u00e3o for denunciado (nem cessar por outra qualquer raz\u00e3o, como o acordo das partes, a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou a caducidade), renova-se sucessiva e automaticamente no termo do prazo contratado ou legalmente estabelecido, ainda que se ultrapasse o prazo m\u00e1ximo por que pode ser celebrado;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    O direito de prefer\u00eancia do arrendat\u00e1rio rural prevalece sobre os direitos de prefer\u00eancia concedidos pela lei geral.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
