N\u00e3o h\u00e1 encerramento do pr\u00e9dio no caso de simples diminui\u00e7\u00e3o, mesmo acentuada, das opera\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3prias do arrendamento e nele anteriormente exercidas, em particular quando isso estiver justificado.
