    O F.G.A.D.M. deve assegurar o pagamento das presta\u00e7\u00f5es atribu\u00eddas a menores quando a pessoa judicialmente obrigada a prestar alimentos n\u00e3o satisfizer as quantias em d\u00edvida pelas formas previstas no artº 189º do DL 314\/78, de 27\/10, e quando o menor n\u00e3o tenha um rendimento l\u00edquido superior ao sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo nacional nem beneficie nessa medida de rendimentos de outrem a cuja guarda se encontre.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    A presta\u00e7\u00e3o a fixar pelo tribunal, com a limita\u00e7\u00e3o de 4 UC por cada devedor, \u00e9 nova e aut\u00f3noma em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 import\u00e2ncia fixada ao devedor, pelo que n\u00e3o abrange as pens\u00f5es j\u00e1 vencidas e n\u00e3o pagas pelo devedor.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
