    \tO fim \u00fanico do processo de expropria\u00e7\u00e3o litigiosa consiste em fixar o justo montante da indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o a pagar pela entidade expropriante ao expropriado, como contrapartida da abla\u00e7\u00e3o que este sofreu no seu direito de propriedade. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \tDeve ser paga a indemniza\u00e7\u00e3o que suporte a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o dos muros ou veda\u00e7\u00f5es destru\u00eddos, caso se torne necess\u00e1rio, ou de constru\u00e7\u00e3o de novos muros e veda\u00e7\u00f5es que eram inexistentes na parcela sobrante mas cuja necessidade veio a surgir em virtude da expropria\u00e7\u00e3o. \t<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
