  1. Disp\u00f5em os artºs 14º, nº 1, e 15º, do DL nº 143\/99, de 30\/4, que ocorrido um acidente de trabalho o sinistrado deve particip\u00e1-lo, verbalmente ou por escrito, \u00e0 sua entidade patronal e nas 48 horas seguintes, que por sua vez o deve comunicar \u00e0 respons\u00e1vel seguradora .<\/li>\n
  2. A entidade respons\u00e1vel pelo pagamento das presta\u00e7\u00f5es infortun\u00edsticas tem o direito de designar o m\u00e9dico assistente ao sinistrado, ficando este com a possibilidade de recorrer a qualquer m\u00e9dico nos casos previstos no nº 2 do artº 26º do citado diploma .<\/li>\n
  3. Sendo dada alta pela seguradora ao sinistrado sem que este se encontre curado, a posi\u00e7\u00e3o a tomar por este ser\u00e1 a de requerer exame por um perito do Tribunal .\n
