  1. A tipicidade do formul\u00e1rio\/requerimento inicial, previsto para a ac\u00e7\u00e3o especial de impugna\u00e7\u00e3o da regularidade e licitude do despedimento, n\u00e3o significa que a formula\u00e7\u00e3o da pretens\u00e3o noutra forma (ou f\u00f3rmula), nomeadamente atrav\u00e9s de uma peti\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, destrua por completo a viabilidade de aproveitamento do que, ainda que de forma errada, se trouxe a ju\u00edzo.<\/li>\n
  2. Necess\u00e1rio \u00e9 que a peti\u00e7\u00e3o, independentemente de trazer mais informa\u00e7\u00e3o do que (traria) o formul\u00e1rio, traga, pelo menos, aquela que o formul\u00e1rio exige.<\/li>\n
  3. A pondera\u00e7\u00e3o do erro na forma do processo \u00e9 essencialmente um ju\u00edzo sobre a utilidade e o aproveitamento dos actos praticados.\n
