  1.  A nova redac\u00e7\u00e3o introduzida ao nº105º-4\/b do RGIT, vem distinguir\/limitar a que situa\u00e7\u00f5es ainda \u00e9 dada uma possibilidade ao devedor, isto \u00e9, apenas se aplica \u00e0quelas situa\u00e7\u00f5es em que o devedor comunicou a presta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria atrav\u00e9s da correspondente declara\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n
  2. Por conseguinte, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 qualquer exig\u00eancia no sentido de na notifica\u00e7\u00e3o a que se refere o referido normativo se concretizarem valores em d\u00edvida.
